4-H Program

General Information


4-H is a community of young people across America that are learning leadership, citizenship, and life skills. It is the youth component of the University of Wyoming Extension.

Purpose


4-H is an informal, practical, learning-by-doing program for youth. The purpose of 4-H is to assist youth in acquiring knowledge, developing skills, and forming attitudes to enable youth to become self-directing, productive members of society.

Staff


Professional and volunteer staffs provide educational projects and activities in shooting sports, animal science, family consumer sciences, leisure arts, citizenship, and leadership.

Beginning Thursday, June 11, 2020, please be checking both the links listed below.  The Natrona County website and State 4-H website will have information (instructions, links, etc.) regarding our 2020 4-H Fair. 

As we are transitioning from 4HOnline to zSuite, we advise all of our members to check for important announcements on both these sites throughout the summer to prevent a break in communication due to the transition.
