The County will host a series of online stakeholder and focus group interviews in during the months of January and February. The purpose of these interviews will be to gather input from various stakeholders on the strengths and weaknesses of the current Zoning Resolution, as well as possible improvements or changes. One-on-one interviews will be scheduled for 45 minutes each, and group interviews will be scheduled for 1.5 hours each.
The primary objective of phase one of the project is to assess the strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities of the existing Zoning Resolution through community engagement and stakeholder feedback. The County and consultant team, Logan Simpson, request your participation in small group stakeholder interviews. The County is offering digital meetings via Microsoft Teams February 8th - 10th and in person meeting will be held February 17th at the Natrona County Agricultural Resource Center at the following times:
• DIGITAL Monday, February 8 from 8:00am – 12:30 and 2:00pm – 6:30 pm
• DIGITAL Tuesday, February 9 from 8:00am – 11:00am
• DIGITAL Wednesday, February 10 from 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm
• IN PERSON Wednesday February 17 from 1:00pm – 4:00 pm (three separate 45 minute time slots available)
These interviews will be your initial opportunity to communicate what is working and what is not working with the current Zoning Resolution and how you would like to be updated and involved throughout the process. As with any project, its success depends on these important conversations among a broad range of people, and your feedback is integral to the process!
Please contact Melissa Ruth via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, to sign up for a meeting. If you are not available on these particular days we will find an alternative time to meet with you.
