A Zone Change is a Resolution adopted by the Board of County Commissioners which changes the zoning district classification of a particular parcel of land on the official zoning map of Natrona County.
When acting on a Zone Change, the Planning Commission and the Board of County Commissioners shall require that the applicant provides evidence that the proposed Zone Change will meet certain criteria set forth in the application.
An application for a Zone Change shall include a completed application with landowner signature, proof of ownership, and non-refundable application fees. See the individual application for additional submittal requirements.
