County Board of Equalization


The Board of County Commissioners also serves as the County Board of Equalization (BOE). The BOE rules apply to all contested cases brought before the Natrona County Board of Equalization concerning those matters administered by the County Assessor under Title 18 and Title 39 of the Wyoming Statutes pertaining to Taxation and Revenue. Specifically, these Rules shall apply to appeals authorized in Title 39 of the Wyoming Statutes and brought before the Board from any final administrative determination of Assessor.

To schedule a hearing use the customized link on the Notice of Hearing you received via certified mail or call the Board of County Commissioners' Office at 307-235-9202.  Calling to schedule your hearing is recommended if you have multiple accounts.

Exhibits

  • Assessor Exhibits must be clearly marked with letters: A-1, B-1, C-1, etc.
  • Petitioner Exhibits must be clearly marked with numbers: 1-1, 1-2, 1-3, etc.
